Intellectual Property

What is Intellectual Property?  There is a lot of confusion as to what constitutes Intellectual Property.  In short, Intellectual Property refers to the products of the mind, as opposed to things which you can touch, see, and feel.  Intellectual Property can be protected through Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, and other sui-generis laws offered by Congress.
