Trademarks

A Trademark is a word, name, symbol, trade dress, sound, an assortment of colors, or anything else which is used to identify the source of goods or services.Trademarks are registered with the USPTO in order to prevent competitors from misappropriating the goodwill of the original owner of the mark.
